Expert careers advice and guidance is available to all students whatever their age. Careers Advice is delivered by a highly professional team which works closely with Careers Wales throughout the year. Careers Wales also maintains a special presence in College at Advice Evenings and at Enrolment times.
Yale College has achieved the Careers Wales Quality Award for Careers Education and Guidance and Work Related Education. The award means we have been scrutinised for our effectiveness in maximising student career potential in our overall strategic focus; staff management and working closely with outside organisations, whilst keeping a keen eye on the impact of the career provision by constantly evaluating success.
Our links with local employers are strong and we are able to facilitate rewarding work experience activity for our students.
Each year the College hosts a Higher Education and Careers Convention which is attended by Higher Education Institutions and training providers.
