Yale College hosts UK World Skills 2010 Finals

Yale College will be hosting the WorldSkills UK 2010 National Final for CNC Milling and Turning at their highly acclaimed Engineering and Construction Centre.
A competitive week of exacting standards will commenced on Monday 21st June and final judging of the competitors work took place on Friday 24th June when Lesley Griffiths, Welsh Assembly Government’s Deputy Minister for Science, Innovation and Skills will be presenting prizes.
“We are very proud to be hosting this globally recognised event,” says Wynne Roberts, Director of Enterprise and Technology, “it reflects the high standard of our resources here at Yale College.”
Yale College’s own competitors include two accomplished learners Harry Morgan employed by JCB and Mark Dombrowski of Tritec.
