Yale College Invests in People
08/06/2010
Its official! – Yale College is a great place to work. Development and human resource teams celebrated the news they are still outstanding when it comes to working closely with all stakeholders to create an exceptional learning environment.
Renewing their allegiance to staff in 2007, Yale College went under scrutiny this week by Investors in People assessors who interviewed almost fifty staff from the College. As the investigative procedure concluded, there was no doubt that initiatives involving collective leadership encouraging staff to “Be Part of the Journey” highlighted very progressive and positive practice and was certainly appreciated by employees.
“We were delighted to be given such encouraging feedback on many areas of outstanding practice,” smiles Vanessa Dodd, Human Resource Manager at Yale College, “As well as our leadership initiatives we were proud to be recognised for the efforts of our staff development team who work responsively to support our Quest for Excellence.”
