INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this qualification is to provide a certificate/diploma sized qualification for learners of all ages which will develop a wide range of personal, inter-personal and work related skills, learned through the context of vocational areas. Credits can be achieved at Entry 2 or Entry 3 allowing learners to achieve a 'spiky' profile.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
No specific prior qualifications, learning or experience are required for candidates undertaking this qualification.
COURSE CONTENT
To gain the Entry Level Certificate in Skills for Working Life (2&3) learners must achieve a minimum of 22 credits.
To gain the Entry Level Diploma in Skills for Working Life (2&3) leaners must achieve a minimum of 37 credits.
ASSESSMENT
The qualification is assessed by continual work based assessment with supporting related underpinning knowledge to confirm understanding, alongside a completion of a portfolio.

This qualification is aimed at students need at an introductory course or have an interest in this vocational area. Course Fees
Full-time students do not pay course or examination entry fees, except in some cases when there are examination re-sits. Part-time students pay course fees, which are displayed in College publications or are obtainable from Admissions, and examination entry and / or registration fees.
